Physical Traits
Darke is an unimposing young man with long dark blue hair and a penchant for green and black clothing. His curious blue eyes are very watchful, always taking in his surroundings.
Past
Darke has disclosed very little about his past. It is known that his father gave him the name Nagi Oiyokpa Ze (which means "Shadow Darkness" in his native tongue), renounced the young man as his son, and exiled him from the tribe when the stubborn youth turned away from the traditional values of the tribe to pursue his own path to enlightenment. He worked under the street name Shadowdarke for many years and shortened the name to Darke when Nao brought him to Erinn. Darke has also indicated that he was of elven descent in his previous world, and has been to that world's version of Tir Na Nog.
Personal Affairs
Love
Love is another difficult topic for Darke to discuss. It seems he had troubled relationships in his previous world and asks Nao to restore him to childhood whenever he feels the stirring of adolescent hormones that he feels might lead him to repeat undisclosed mistakes of his past life.
However Darke had a close friend by the name of Fiery who he could be seen cuddling and kissing from time to time. His affection and respect for her are undeniable, but he never claimed any deeper love for the girl he calls a goddess of fire. She left Erinn to travel to another world, and Darke was lonely again but content in his solitude.
Darke couldn't keep his heart bound forever though. He became entranced by a mysterious girl named Mayura and she reawakened passions he had buried long ago in his home world. They shared three beautiful years ((3 weeks real time)) together before she broke off their romance. Darke's heart and mind are still completely captivated by Mayura, but he realizes with deep sadness that he did not fulfill her. He remains her close friend, devoted to bringing her happiness.
Family
Two of his family members have found their way from their home world to Erinn: his sister Yuyani and her son Delok.
Friends
With his name you might expect Darke to be brooding and withdrawn, yet he's actually very friendly and helpful. He has a wide variety of friends and sincerely tries to assist all of them in any way he can.
